Has to be the most infuriating and useless website. So therefore, assume software will be in the same category.
Tried several times to Purchase software and keeps telling me 'Invalid Zip Code' What the hell that has to do with buying Software am at a total loss.

Of course, still looking for help, why else would I bother, trying to contact anyone is an absolute nightmare.....wonder you are still in business?
I believe, Stardock need proper Zip Code since each US State has it own taxation rate. Why, don't you have a proper Zip Code?
If you purchase from outside US, please change this drop down menu to your actual Country.

Not really sure on you question, if you currently is in Australia, do change that drop down menu to Australia.

Are you using some sort of VPN?
It should automatically try to detect the correct location from your IP address, but this isn't an exact science.
You will however need to enter a valid address as otherwise it will not let you buy as this is needed by your credit card company to check the information is valid.
