Wincutomize not letting me log in with my Stardock account?

I had to get back into the Windows world after a long time, and Object Desktop was my first step. So I renewed my object desktop sub but I cannot log into Wincustomize and I am getting the 6 download limit. I tried to do a "Forgot Password" but it just lets me log into my Stardock account but not Wincustomize.

So I am confused. Is my Stardock and Wincustomize accounts the same account? Or do I need to create a separate Wincustomize account? How do I get my Object Desktop benefits?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It might be account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

1. Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache.

2. If 1 didn't work, try turning your computer off and on. The automatic MS wizards fix lots of problems on reboot.
