How do you get stardock to respond to logging in, getting their software to recognize you when you paid for their software.  What the hell is the matter with this outfit

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details please. Which Stardock product do you have issues with? Have you activated the software when you first used the software? We can not help if we don't know more details. Screenshot of a popups or error messages will also help us understand it better.

You have to match both the correct email address and the correct product key. The email address has to be the exact one you used when you purchased your product.

Additionally you can only have the amount of active installs that came in your license. So if you have one license you could only have it activated on one device at a time. To switch devices in this scenario you would need to deactivate your active license under your downloads
