Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. To confirm the issue is from Start11, please uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall done. Retest it and report back.

Thank you.

Just to clarify, when you said it crash when you logoff/reboot the system does it actually continue to logoff/reboot after it crash? How did you actually logoff or reboot with this issue?

Thank you,

Here for information

in fact when I click to turn off or restart, once out of two the screen turns off then nothing

I usually restart the computer with the start button and sometimes it restarts by itself after a while!

Sincerely

Patrick

Please try these steps, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important) after uninstall is done. Test if you can logoff/restart normally without Start11 installed. Once that is confirm. Please re-download latest Start11 from your account download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products Install it, reboot again, test it and see if the issue resolved, report back.

If you have Windows 11 Pro, please try test it on Windows sandbox and see if the issue still appear while in the Sandbox: https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#windowssandbox. Try it and report back.

Hi Basj

With minimal reboot start11 (last version) does not start so the windows launcher appears and it works fine

I also uninstalled deskscape because the live wallpaper does not work

(If I try with Lively Wallpaper, it works fine)

End of palaure's quote

Not really sure on this one, did you do the cleanboot steps in properly? Please elaborate more.

Note your deskscape issue could be look upon after your "System crash when click on logoff button" issue. One issue at a time please, so that we don't get confuse.
