Activation Fail

I purchased Fences FencesĀ® 5, Fences 5 Permanent License.

One is installed at the company and one is installed at home, but it tells me that the startup failed and the authorization has been installed on the other one.

In addition, I purchased it in December, why is the support only available until 2025/01/22?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. From your screenshot, it shows that in your account, you only have 1 license activation. If you did purchased 5 activation for Fences v5. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
