Windows Explorer top bar - where can I change the color?

So I picked Acrylic 7 style (with DARK mode selected) and did some modifications to try to adjust to how I want it, but the adjustments don't seem to work?

1. I want to change the top bar of Windows Explorer from the current "flat black" to that nice rounded blue or something similar to the Acrylic 7 styling. I don't seem to be able to?

2. The windows start menu fonts seem to have gone dark, is there any way to change them back to a light gray or something more readable?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First try this.

Adjust there setting.

  1. Adjust the amount of darken slider or totally disable "Automatic dark mode support.
  2. As for color you can adjust it here.
  3. For more adjustment you will need to look into Skinstudios.
