email provided not valid for serial number

I bought Fences 5 as an upgrade to my Fences 4, when I install and try to activate it kicks back a message that the email doesn't belong to the serial number. I only use one email for online purchases and even looked at the email I received from Stardock to make sure I didn't use another account and I didn't. I bought a 5 computer license and tried the install on another computer and got the same error. What needs to happen to get this to activate and work?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Usually something went wrong while you purchased it. If you paid via Paypal do try the email that link to your paypal account.

If not, usually its little typing mistake while purchasing. For account issue, which can only be help internally. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Do note that currently Stardock is on long holiday, so expect some delay in respond. We appreciate your patience.
