Cant deactivate primary from website for multiplicity 3

Well, something goofed. I decided to reinstall windows and afterwards i was trying to get multiplicty reinstalled for everquest fun times and now theres version 4 out? and now my email doesnt have a product key associated with it? Bought august 20th and now i have a dead license? Am i not able to contiue to use multiplicty 3 when 4 is now out? like i still paid for my license, why cant i activate my product?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should still be able to download, install and activate your Multiplicity 3 without issue. Please try download MP3 directly from your account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Try that and report back.

If that link don't show the product you purchased, than most probably it is not correctly linked to your account. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
