Cannot get updated secondary machine to connect

Had to get my secondary laptop upgraded with more memory. It was running Multiplicity successfully since I get it a few years back. Uploaded multiplicity and set as a secondary machine. Try as I might, I cannot get it work. Get a message on primary machine that I need to adjust firewall settings on the secondary machine. Played with a myriad of configurations and cannot get it to work. Any thoughts?

original license on primary computer was 3, now shows as 4. loaded 4 on secondary. It was 4 last time as well when everything was working.

Hopping in here as well. I changed internet providers over the holidays in order to upgrade internet speeds. Was working fine and then it updated on the main PC and wouldn't connect to the laptop anymore. I've tried updating to the latest version on the laptop and still no luck.

Running Multiplicity 4 on both machines, both set to private network.

Will not connect, I've tried everything I can think of.

So I went to make coffee and when I got back to my desk it was working. Not sure what is going on.
