wireless mouse on not functioning properly

It is urgent, working on the project!!

Everything was fine until recently, but today, there is an issue with the wireless mouse connectivity and your program.

1. have 3 monitors

2. have multiplicity software installed

3. I have 2 wireless mice, changed batteries, and installed a dongle on the back of the PC, was at the front

4. While working, the cursor disappears.

5. I restarted my PC a few times but had no luck.

Can you assist?

Thank you

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. We need more information.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Need it full version and OS Build, please use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity full version number.
  3. Multiplicity Seamless or KVM mode?

Thank you,

Being a wireless mouse shouldn't have any impact on multiplicity.

If the mouse cursor is invisible but functional on the secondary then this means the secondary computer believes there is no mouse plugged in.  Windows helpfully hides the mouse in this situation.

The solution is to enable the fake cursor option in multiplicity on the secondary, or enable the OS mouse keys accessibility setting or connect a mouse.  If this was working before then odds are the secondary mouse is not being detected.
