How do I make 3D wallpapers from scratch?

I would like to create my own wallpapers.

get a 3d program and learn it. After you have figured that out get a graphics editor and learn it. then make a 3d image in the 3d app and touch it up and/or add extra effects in the graphics editor.

there is no magical program that makes them, its a lot of hard work and patience along with talent.

I did a Google search for talent, but I couldn't find any sites where you could download it. Any recommendations?

Hmmmmmm... one would think that such a brilliant graphic artist would include a custom 404 error page on her/his site.
