Restore dont work

If you do a manual rearrangement of all the icons and save a new layout snapshot, does the restore layout work on the new layout snapshot?

i added some files and positioned them in a new fence, that seems to work. But the other backups not.

So how to solve this. Fences backup is supposed to work otherwise useless

Something has change on your new Windows 11 24H2 system causing the layout no longer work. My advice is to upgrade to Fences v5 with its new layout engine,which deal with Windows 11 changers better. https://forums.stardock.com/528229/

ok thanks. But that is a new purchase as upgrade ?

If so, i understand that i have to pay for fixing software that dont work that i have already paid for ?

Was the software not working before updating to Windows 11 24H2?
