KVM One Time Passcode

I just picked up Multiplicity 4 pro in order to use the KVM functionality along with the seamless.

The seamless KM works flawlessly however when I try to connect with the KVM in order to see the laptop screen on my main monitor (laptop is secondary to main pc) it says "One time passcode is wrong"

The passcode for connecting for everything other than the KVM (remote desktop) is working fine. It is just the remote desktop asking for the one time passcode and I do not know how to enter it in or even find it.

I wound up running the purge on the secondary computer and re-installing the software, then changing the encryption key for both and now it's working.

End of quote

A 'One time passcode' is different than the 'passcode' to connect normally.  The former is for things like remotely helping someone, the latter, for your daily use.
