Is Multiplicity a one-time purchase or a subscription?

So much Stardock software is now subscription-based and I'm just not interested in that pricing model.  I don't see any mention of a subscription on the purchase page for Multiplicity, is it a one-time purchase?

Hello,

From what I know, there is no Subscription for standalone Multiplicity purchase. If you purchase Multiplicity 4 now, you should able to activate Multiplicity v4.xx.
