Hello,  I am concerned about your software purchase partner.  This Fastspring, or whoever the heck it is, is not quite thorough in its process. It allowed me to purchase Multiplicity, offer me an activation code, and took my money. However, when I tried to install this 'package', suddenly it required an email address to bind this code with. The missing link is, it NEVER asked me to specify an email address.  I am guessing this was an imposter, posing as your authorized partner.  Now how the hell do I install this software????

When you made the purchase, it should have required you to enter an email address or if you used Paypal/Amazon/Google, it's the email address linked to the payment mechanism.

If you can DM your Stardock order, I can tell you what email address it was linked to when you made the purchase.

Sorry to hear you still having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Refunds" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
