Any desktop window is overlapping the takbar

If I move any window down on my screen, it overlaps the taskbar. The window should be behind and not in front of the taskbar.

Does anyone know how to correct this behavior?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am on Windows 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.5131 and Start11 v2.1 , but, I don't see your issue. Windows are hidden behind taskbar as it should. Need more information.

  1. Is this a new Start11 install or or new Start11 updates?
  2. Is this issue has not appear previously, but something changed recently and causing the issue to appear?
  3. Do you have any other application that also control your taskbar such as DisplayFusions, StartAllBack etc?

Thank you.

Hi,

In my case, they are not behind but in front or over the taskbar

  1. I tried both options, and the result is the same.
  2. It worked correctly before, but I need help pinpointing what created this problem.
  3. No, I don't have any other application that controls the taskbar.

I know that this can be difficult to solve. Some register tweaking may help, but I don't have this knowledge, which can create further instabilities in the system.

This is a link on YouTube that shows the problem.

Let me know if you need other informations that will contribute to a solution.

Thanks

I can not open your Youtube playlist. Not sure why. Moving forward please try Cleanboot: https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#cleanboot. Do note that these steps need to be follow carefully. Try it and report back.

Thank you,
