Can not open configuration windows of Multiplicity on secondary pc

I did a fresh install of windows on my secondary PC. I installed multiplicity and everything is fine. My issue is that I can't for the life of me open the configuration window to get the passkey on the secondary pc.. I already updated all windows updates, changed my network to private, and allowed the application thru firewall. It shows the application on the system tray but that's all.. It will never open the configuration screen no matter how many times I hit it. Uninstalled Multiplicity and reboot windows, installed via admin and still nothing. My other laptops that had multiplicity for a year have no issues connecting to the main pc, flawless connection. The Second PC is running on Win 10Pro , Version 22H2 - installed on 9/22924 os Build 19045.5073. Any help would be appreciated... One more thing to add is that the secondary was the Primary PC before fresh install of windows....

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Please try cleanboot and see if there is something blocking Multiplicity from opening: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#cleanboot. Do take extra careful and follow the steps carefully.

Thank you,

I assume 'refresh' means a format \ reinstall of Windows 10, yes?

Going to the installation directory on said Secondary, what are the results of opening the MultiplicityConfig.exe manually?

When you 'did the updates', did you do them manually (download them individually yourself and install them)?  Meaning, this PC is Internet isolated (no direct Internet access)?

If it is internet-isolated, is it possible to connect it and have Windows do its own update check?

MultiplicityConfig.exe - ran on admin mode nothing, ran normally nothing.. application wont open at all

If you do not have UAC turned on, please do so, 3rd peg from the bottom.

Search for, and open, Services'

Find the 'Multiplicity' service and check its state.  It should be 'running' and 'Automatic'

If its not running, start it.  If it cant start, you likely have something installed on that PC that is preventing it from doing so.  What that may be could likely show in Windows Even Viewer

It would appear your AMD drivers are causing the crash...  Seeminly a known issue...

The next step would be updating them...
