Sorry to hear you are having issues. You're referring to Multiplicity Pro 4, yes? If so, yes it is a known issue and it will be fixed in the next release as mentioned by Support in this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/531876/get;3949347. Not ETA so far for it yet.
