Can no longer see ratings

Had that problem the other day. Log off and re log in. That did it for me.

Tried that, no results. Also tried deleting all cookies and clearing browser cache & temporary files. Made no difference.

You did that using the WC browser and going to My Accound and loging off and on through there? Reentering your password? If so, I don't know.

Im having the same problem as MPD, I clean evrything relogin, etc... and I still don't see ratings anywhere. Any other suggestions?

nononno, when you subscrube, you rate it by clickikng on the comment link and there, it shows the rating and what you wanna rate it.

ditto here by the way.

I am a subscriber but it still isnt showing what other peoples ratings are. I get the rating box where I can give my rating. Whatever rating I give the skin is what shows in the box. If I havent rated a skin it says "rate" (or something like that). I cannot see what the actual ratings of anyones skin is, at all. Is it just me? What am I missing here? Thanks.

don't worry you're not missing much by not seeing ratings i think the community at large his disregarded them.

Ugoin, I dont get the same as you. I see thew top half of your post but not the bottom half.

yeah ratings dont matter but ..........naah, yes it does!

ok first of all you need to be a WC subscriber or a stardock customer to rate items. .....

if you are one of these, then you may need to cross reference your stardock account with your WC account .. you do this by clicking the "edit account" link at the top of this page. on the next page, theres a link to cross reference your stardock account here ..

if this is not the problem then you will most likely need to e mail an admin to look in to it for you ..

Thanks for the help. Im waiting for my confirmation email from stardock on the cross referencing,. I have done this before, but I will try again. I am a subscriber, I am a stardock customer. I have cleared all cookies, files, etc. I have logged in and out of stardock central, wincustomize browser. I think I have tried it all. I will contact support next. While I wait, anyone have any other suggestions?

u try deleting all cookies in you browser ?(after leaving the WC site ) close all browser windows . open 1 browser window. go tools button at top of window, then go internet options, then go cookies d e l e t e them and temporary internet files too this might help....

Yup, I have tried it all. I ll just wait for support. No big deal. But Im still open to suggestions.

if you're looking for the ratings on the thumbnail shot in the library, they moved it. it showsup now in comments,where as a level 4 you can offer your rating along with posting a comment.

i dont know how it happened but today it shows just like wolfn says, yeaterday it didnt. Go figure.Thanks all!

ratings are BACK!!!!

That's odd. A couple weeks ago I wasn't getting ratings and d cookies, etc. I finally got ratings back. Today they are gone again for me.

I'm a level 3 and the ratings are gone.....I had them all along, until today .........strange things are happening

wierd, i just got them back yesterday...

Mine just went away yesterday. Multiple computers, multiple browsers, doesn't make a difference, I can't see any ratings.
