Frequent Disconnections in Multiplicty 4 b2

Hi,

I used Multiplicity 3 since feb 24 and had frequent disconnections, meaning that in my 3PC Seamless setup the mouse and keyboard connections between the primary PC and the 2 secondary PC's suddenly don't work anymore. No idea what caused this and when upgrading to Multiplicity 4b1 and now b2 the problem stills persists...sometime it works for  a whole day but sometimes it disconnect quickly. I have to stop Multiplicity and srat again to reconnect.

I use the IP adresses of the secondarary PCs in the configure pane of the Prime PC. One of the second PC is a laptop connectes on the network via wifi the others via ethernet cable.

So I think something in my network setup is disrupting but I can not figure out what.

Is there a way to find that out ?

Thanks for the help !

As a test, is there any possibility of getting all on the wired network?

I suspect you mean 'has no ethernet port'.

'The others' you mention, I suspect they are other MP Secondaries and all work fine, it's just the Wifi PC that has an issue, yes?

If true, logic dictates that your Wifi is not working as well as it should.

Have you considered or tried rebooting your wifi router?

Do you perhaps have a USB to Ethernet adaptor you can test with?

Yes, indeed my laptop has no ethernet port.

Yestarday now I tried with shutting out the laptop and for  full day it worked perfectly with no disconnection, but sadly today the issue came back today...so the problem lays somewhere in one of my two ethernet connected PC's....

I will try now with rebooting my ethernet router...
