Version 4 to 3

Downgrade software

Hello,

I have been testing version 3 of the software for the past few weeks, and it worked perfectly. However, now that I've purchased the PRO license for version 4, it’s not working when I try to enter the license key. I’m very worried because I have a presentation in just a few hours, and I thought it would just be an update of the number, but it’s not.

How can I install version 3 with my license? Version 4 is not working for me, and I need help urgently.

You cannot activate v3 with a v4 license unfortunately.

What exactly is not working for you with v4?  You will need both ends to run v4 as a v4 will not connect to v3.  Typically the best thing to do is uninstall from both ends, REBOOT (important) and then install the new version followed by a reboot ideally again.

Worst case I believe v3 is still available from some third party suppliers for example or support may be able to assist changing things for you, but they will not be in until 9am EST.

That is MP3 KM if that was the version you were using rather than KVM (the more expensive version with KVM as well as Seamless)

Basically, I’m using the application for remote drawing, and version 3 works perfectly. However, version 4 does not work without changing any settings. I’m using the PRO version with KVM. I just tried it with a new account. For now, I have it resolved, but I will need to change the license. Thank you!
