Multiplicity 4 - primary PC is not displayed in Seamless connections

As illustrated in the screenshot below, Multiplicity is not displaying "This Computer" in the seamless connections below. I have installed and activiated Multiplicity 4 Pro on this PC, as well as the secondary. Both display the same password, however, the Multiplicity icon never "lights" up on the primary, consistent with its failure to display it in the Seamless connections. As can be seen, the Secondary display fine. Searching for the primary by computer name does not yield any results.

Please advise regarding a remedy.

You do not seem to have added any computers to the grid there.

The 1 and 2 on your grid are your local computer monitors (the primary)

You just need to drag the computer from the right hand side onto the grid and position it as you want.
