If you click the "Upgrade Button" in https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/: Multiplicity 4 Pro column, you will get the "Check upgrade eligibility" Window. You enter your email that link to your Stardock account. Something like screenshot below. And what was the result of the check?

Could be account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I opened a support ticket but no one has responded yet, I sent an email but no one has responded. I want to upgrade from Multiplicity 4 to Multiplicity 4 Pro but I am getting the wrong price.
They was on weekends. It should be answer soon when the back on Monday morning.
