XP, Object Desktop, and Various Accounts

Dumb, novice-type question... downloaded and installed OD in my administrator account on an XP-Pro computer. Love it. So now my kids want me to skin their desktop. Even if I make that login a (temporary) administrator account, I can't get it to behave. I can get the wallpaper to change, but can't apply any WindowBlinds themes at all! What am I missing???

thanks...

Try installing OD in their account. But be sure to put it in their account folder. This makes it so it won't overwrite.

Could you tell me which is their account folder? I tried installing into Documents and Settings/Kids/ and OD created a Stardock Central folder in there - but as far as I could tell, all the actual components went off to their "usual" spots (where they already were) - it never gave me any other chance to specify a location. And it still wouldn't behave (for instance, I can't use WindowBlinds). So I uninstalled it, which then messed up my original installation, which I then reinstalled, so I'm now back where I was...

This may just not be a possible thing to do, but if anyone else has a suggestion, I'd be grateful.

I'm not sure if this will help you or not.

I set up my computer with me as the Admin and my wife on a Limited Account and with this set-up I can log on to her account and go to her desktop and see the WB icon in the systray, I open it and configure the WB for her desktop then I log out and it saves the settings I made for her, therefore we have different desktops to suit our taste.

Hope this helps
