Windows taskbar not skinning

Windows 24H2

I am having an issue where the Windows taskbar is not being skinned by WindowBlinds11 (WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 x64 - Windows 11 Edition) - 64 bit OS). Is this a known issue or is there a way to get this issue resolved?

What is the name of the blind that you are using? It may be possible that the so called blind might be skinning everything except the taskbar. Does the same issue come up with every other skin or blind? And if by any chance you are using the default setting on Windowblinds,  the default is Windows 11, and you will get the standard Win 11 taskbar.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you have Stardock Start11 installed?

Thank you.

WindowBlinds® 11

Customize the look and feel of your Windows 10 and Windows 11 Start menu*, taskbar, window frames, and more.

*Start menu skinning requires Start11

End of quote

Where does that indicate that Start11 is required to skin the taskbar? Very misleading.

It seems to be with any Windowblind skin. I have tried several different ones and they all leave the taskbar unskinned. I also have Start11 installed and running when this occurs so I am not sure that message makes much sense. I also tried re-installing Windowblinds11 and made sure it was the latest version but no change in this behavior. Any and all ideas are appreciated.

Start11 would be needed to skin the taskbar buttons (using enhanced taskbar) but the background of the taskbar should skin with WB without Start11.  The start button should also skin as long as it is left aligned.
