Can I hide(remove) the Start Menu Icons in Windows 10?

I'm using Start 11 V2, can  I hide(remove) the Start Menu Icons in Windows 10?

Is it possible to hide one of the app or folder in the start menu? For example, how to hide folder 「屏翅鸟家长控制软件」？

If you click on that folder, and then "Hide" everything inside, one at a time, the folder will be hidden.
