Hello,

It puzzels me what kind of subscription or permanent license I have. I own Object Desktop but what do I have? If I look in my downloads on my dashboard, I see four versions: 1 Object desktop, 1 Object Desktop Insider, 1 Object Desktop Upgrade from Standalone expired and another one subsription, with expiration date december 2024. Which one is the most up to date and do I need on my PC? I installed from the first one Fences 5 and thought I also bought the license for the other programs, including Fences 5.

Could you please, shine some lite on this?

Hello,
For account issue or question, it is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
