Applying Windows Classic to the Taskbar

Hello! I was hoping that the Windows Classic windowblinds would also be applied to the taskbar. Is there a second download necessary, or some kind of settings that I'm not aware of that would accomplish this task? Thanks Much In Advance!

Need some more information please:

Your Windows version (use winver.exe)
Windowblinds version found on the about page's configuration screen
Link to the Windows Classic theme you are trying to apply
