New product key required to configure primary?

Got the email about Muliplicity 4 beta. Installed it from Object Desktop just fine on secondary pc. After installing through Object Desktop and rebooting on primary pc, I can't configure it. It wants a product key for Multiplicity 4. I tried mine for Multiplicity 3 pro, but it says that key is invalid. What do I do about this? Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you're using ObjectDesktop key on Multiplicity Pro, that will not work. It should be able to activate Multiplicity KM or Multipicity 4, but not the Multiplicity KVM or Multiplicity 4 Pro version.

As I said, I tried the serial number from my copy of Multiplicity 3 Pro, but that didn't work. Guess I'll just buy the upgrade.

As I said above Multiplicity 3 Pro keys will not work on Multiplicity 4.
