Shift + PrintScreen / ScrollLock / Pause as hotkeys

Is it possible to use Shift + PrintScreen / ScrollLock / Pause as hotkeys?

When I try to set it as usual, only ScrollLock works, and that also has a problem of actually triggering the scroll lock on/off action.

You cannot use hotkeys which the OS may be using for itself.
