WB11 on Snapdragon X (arm) copilot laptops?

So I first tried the Start11 app which worked fine on my new copilot laptop with snapdragon X elite arm64 processor, so I went ahead and bought the full stardock package specifically for Windowsblinds 11. Installing everything seems to run fine, but when I press apply skin it tells me WB is not installed. I tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling again etc, but I keep getting the same error. The support only mentions something about ESET antivirus, but I don't use that.

Does WB11 even work on the new Snapdragon X laptops? Start11 works perfectly fine. Really hope its fixable because would love to style my Windows a bit differently as I don't really like the default look.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, currently Windowblinds is not compatible with System on ARM base CPU.

To be honest this should be displayed more clearly on the requirements. I mailed support for a refund but have not received any reply for days. Could you assist in this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the refunds option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I just filed a ticket now using your link, thank you for providing this.

As of now I received no response for any other ways I have tried to contact already to get a refund.
