Windows 11 ver. 23H2/ 22631.4169. Snagit ver. 24.2.4. Start11 ver. 2.11. Everything ver. 1.4.1.1026 x64. Windows search/indexing showing as "suspended" in task manager.
Attempts to start indexing show error "Windows could not start the Windows Search service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
Error in Snagit: Windows search is disabled. Enable Search in Windows Settings to allow indexing of search results and categories."
I started with uninstalling Everything and the errors persisted even after a reboot. I then uninstalled Start11. After a reboot Search and Indexing began functioning as intended. Just reinstalled Start11 and rebooted. Indexing is suspended again and attempts to start throw the error 1053. I have not reinstalled Everything yet.

I've also been communicating with a Windows Tech via MS forums. We have gone as far as an In-Place Repair install of Windows, but when Start11 is installed, Indexing returns to a "suspended" state.
Right now Start11 is installed. For further testing I can uninstall again, but would like to know if there is a way to save my menu customizations so when i reinstall I don't have to re-do them again (icon colors, tile images, etc.)
I absolutely despise the Windows 11 menu system, so any advice to get Start11 to function would be amazing.
Thanks.
