6 computers, all detected but 1.

Looking for help. I have 5 of the same PC, and my master PC. All of the other PC's were immediately detected and connected seemlessly. Does anyone know what might cause this or if there is a fix? Also, for this PC and this PC alone I get a mouse trail when Multiplicity is loaded.
