I’m using a theme that works perfectly on a 1920x1080p resolution monitor but doesn’t fit the screen on my other systems that have a smaller resolution, where can I modify a theme’s resolution to adjust the aspect ratio so that the caption buttons aren’t cut off at the top of the screen?

I figured it out, you have to download Skin Studio, and choose edit title bars and window frames, then choose edit per pixel buttons, then at the bottom of the screen select the position tab, then on each standard button you have to click and edit the values when it says: “When maximized the button should be” (its on the right side) then increase the pixels from the top edge until you think it will look good, try adding 10 pixels if the captions buttons are cut off, then choose apply skin on the top right of skin studio. You have to increase the pixels from the top edge for every standard button, you can edit all the values in one instance and then click apply skin.
