Update
I have renewed my subscripion to Object Desktop on 9/13/2024. When I open Object Desktop it tells me that it has to be renewed.
I have uninstalled and restalled using the last product key but it still says that I need to renew.
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
