wife's start11 2 upgrade problem

sept 6 ug produces black screens

my wife's dell vostro 3520 updated to start11 v2.1 yesterday ---- many black screens; had to use m key plus power  to reboot.

 

is this a known problem?  I have uninstalled.  can she revert to working version?  if so, how?

wife is xxxxxxxx@verizon.net.  licensed for start11 and cursorfx.

 

me: same model dell; lic for odesktop, fx and start 11.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details please.

  1. Wife PC, Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get those number.
  2. Start11 updates/upgrades from what version to what version please.

Please try this, download directly from your account download page Start11 v2.11. : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately after after installation is finish. Retest it and report back.
