Windows 10 Home 19045.4894
3 monitors: 1) motherboard Intel graphics; 2) RTX3070 - 1920x1080 3) RTX 3070 - 3840 x2160 with scaling = 225%
Start Menu fine on monitors 1 & 2, but after opening on 3) and then re-opening on 2 everything was huge and the layout obviously didn't fit. Restoring settings didn't work; changing res from 1920x1080 to 1680x105 and then resetting to 1920x1080 didn't work.
What did work, finally, was changing the scaling on 2) to 125%, accepting, then turning it back to 100%. Still has a weird black rectangle upper left though. It doesn't scroll, it's just stuck there.
Other misc bugs:
Dragging icons into folders: sometimes they just disappear and leave behind a placeholder (shape with no icon) that isn't actually linked to anything and can't be removed... only thing to do is to delete the whole group and start again
Not a bug but an oversight: menu background on context menu and folder pinned to the taskbar is blank and ever shall be black - it doesn't follow any background setting I have found, even though the highlight colour does follow the highlight chosen for the start menu.
Similarly, Start11 Configuration doesn't remember the last place the backup settings were saved... or have an option to set a default location, which is irritating.
Apart from that - I'm glad I bought it
