I purchased an upgrade to Multiplicity KVM v3 on October 4th, so according to the FAQ, I should be eligible for the Multiplicity 4 Pro version. When I installed and activated Multiplicity 4, it shows the pro options greyed out. Is the complimentary upgrade to Multiplicity Pro still in the works, or is there something wrong with my license?
