Hotbar doesn't change the icons, just the background. Spyware included too.

yz Toolbar works on Win98, if you can find it.

Y´z Toolbar works on WindowsXP only.

Oops! My mistake. I was under the impression it worked on 98, sorry.
I did use google, and couldn't come up with anything in English, that didn't come as "Page cannot be found"

well, somehow the whole web is so standardized in layout, that language doesn´t really matter if you´re looking for files only. don´t be scared of non-English pages, they will let you click just as well
