New files not going into Fences; they are hidden on the desktop beneath the fences.

I have a PC with Windows 10. Fences 5. I cant seem to put new documents within a Fence, They go directly to my desktop and are often not visible. I would like all new docs "saved as" to the desktop to go within a default fence, then be able to be moved to another fence, if I choose.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please make sure the Fences rule was set so that any new icon/program that come to your desktop move to specific Fences. For example, refer screenshot below. I created a new Fence name "New Temp" than I create the rules so that "all new icons" go to "New Temp".
