MSN Deleting Control Panel In Favor Of App

Will Start 11 maintain the Control Panel Link on Winows 11 or will it move to bringing up the new app which is supposed to come with Win 11 Update 24 H2 due in Sep/Oct.  We prefer things the way they are must adapt if Start 11 does.

I ask the question because I'm going to upgrade my unsupported equipment to Win 11 but am waiting for the next realease of Win 11 24H2.  Unsupported computers can't upgrade major versions without reinsatallation so it makes no sense to do it now and then again for 24H2.

I like Start and have used it since it came out for Win 8.  I will upgrade my subuscription for the new Multi when I upgrade my unsupported Dells to 24H2.  Thank you and I wish all my best,
