Fences5 activation error-212

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz   3.40 GHz

Installed RAM 32.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Fresh reinstall of Windows 10 Pro Ver. 10.0.19045 Build 19045.

One monitor.

 

Fences5 installed successfully on another pc.

Bought a new license for Fences 5.

Installed. error code –212

Deleted folder for programdata/stardock.

Same error code upon reboot/reinstall.

Removed program. Went to registry and deleted that info as well as everything Stardock in AppData/Roaming. 

Rebooted.

Went online to management for Stardock licenses and verified the use of the correct license.

Reinstalled. Error code -212

Tried to go around it by activating by license # (I think that's the wording)  Error code -212

Again, Deleted folder for programdata/stardock. Reboot/reinstall.

Same error code -212.

Important to note that, with every install attempt, used a fresh download of the product.

 

In addition, during a down period waiting for help, reinstalled and activated Fences 4 without issue. It does not support single columns.

Used the purge file.

Did a clean reboot, with the same error code upon reinstallation.

Have the debug info txt, if it will help.

I LOVE Fences! Have had it forever, including the pc in question before re-installing Windows. PLEASE, I LOVE Fences! Help me.

Need to clarify, when you tried activating Fences 5 on your new system did you get and use the new/different activation keys from Stardock?
