Start11 2.08 top-down menu - no right-click menu

When the taskbar is at the top of the screen in Start11 2.08, the right-click drop-down menu does not appear. The right-click drop-down menu does appear when the taskbar is at the bottom of the screen.

I am having the same problem. I just installed Start11 v 2.11 today.
Should 2.11 already have all the changes in the 2.1 beta? Or do I need to get the beta?

I use that right click functionality a lot, and i really need the taskbar docked to the top.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe with the recent Windows update you will need to turn on Start11 enhance taskbar to get the right click on taskbar to function again.

Thank you.

I see. You are correct.

I just had to make some adjustments to the groupings but that was easy to do. This thing is fantastic. The only thing missing is the Day of the Week on the clock when i make the taskbar taller, but I used another program for that adjustment.

Thanks.

Whilst this does solve the problem for the 'Main' screen, if you have 2 screens, the right click still does not work.  This is even worse if using more than 2 screens!

To make sure I understand, can you please clarify, are you attempting to right-click the top-aligned taskbar itself on the 2nd screen?  Or are you trying to right-click an application icon on that Taskbar?

Adam,

Apologies for the delay.  Dual Screen, Monitor on left set as main screen. If I right click any pinned or active icon I see the recently used or pinned list. On the 2nd (right hand) screen, if I right click on any icon, nothing happens. Hovering over the icon gives the preview, but that is it.

Additionally, clicking the clock/date on the 2nd screen does nothing.

Thanks for your response.  With a top aligned taskbar on a second monitor, we have previously logged the issue.  I've now added your experience to this log.
