Keep Title block at top

Can we please get a setting for keeping the Title block at the top of a fence? 

Its getting very annoying that when the fences layout changes the title block jumps to the bottom if the fence is anywhere near the top of the screen.

 

Its such a simple feature and would go along way in the QoL of the software.
