multiple taskbar rows not necessarilly centered

the centering of taskbar icons with one row is "correct".

however, my opinion that multiple row taskbar icons is "incorrect".

the first row is technically centered because the first row uses as much icons as possible.

the second row is much shorter and left-justified.

I believe both rows, with the centered configuration, should be center-justified.

also perhaps the amount of icons on a two-icon-row taskbar should evenly divide the icons to each row.

just makes sense to me.
