Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Windowblinds do work with Window Explorer to change its GUI. If that is block than Windowblinds will not work properly. Please try looking into your Security software and see if it is blocking Windowblinds. For example, if you're using ESET, you will need to do some setting as mention in this guide: https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#notinstalled. If you have different software, you could also look into some setting that is similar to it.

Thank you.

Hello.

I don't know what actually caused the issue.

I first tried to make an exception in Windowblinds to explorer.exe but it didn't work. And the tried again, and the exception worked. So now it works for what i know.

And to answer about the security option.

I doesn't even use Windows built in antivirus or anything else related to it neither, no realtime, no haptic, everything virus related is disabled in gpedit. And windows firewall is actually turned off, not disabled, that is because if it also is disabled Windows Store and settings app will malfunction and start to havoc the system.

Not really sure what you mean by exception in Windowblind to explorer.exe. Did you mean for Windowblinds to ignore explorer.exe and do not skin it?
