Deletion of Start Menu Entry

One-Drive - Unidev

Hello, all.  I currently have a start menu entry that I cannot delete.  I no longer use what the start menu entry was for.  However, I cannot delete the entry from the start menu.  The entry is "One-Drive - Unidev".  It does NOT show on the Windows 11 start menu.  Can you help, please?  Thank you.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows full version and OS build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. Which Start11 Start menu style you're using?
  4. Which area in Start11 Start menu your screenshot came from?

Thank you.

The item "OneDrive - Unidev" did it ever show up in your default Windows 11 start panel all apps listing? If it did, was something get uninstalled? If uninstalled done and "OneDrive - Unidev" no longer appear in your default Win 11 all apps listing, did you ever reboot the system after the uninstall was done?

Thank you,

Hello.  It might have appeared earlier in the default Windows 11 Start Menu.  It does not appear now after the deletion, reboot and reinstall of OneDrive.  The only place it remains is in Start11.  The system has been rebooted many times.  Thank you.

Most probably you're pointing at All App listing, yes? Usually the All app listing have uninstall in its right click menu. I am sure you might already done it, but, just to confirm, have you tried that one?

Hello and thank you.  It is the all app menu.  When I right click on that menu entry, the ONLY option I get is to pin it to Start11.  There are no other options that appear.

Hello.  I have yet to receive any response from the support team.  This has been very disappointing.  I was thinking of purchasing another license for a new laptop.  At this point, I will pass.  I would like some type of refund.  Thank you.

Just curious. What exactly is OneDrive - Unidev, and why did you install it?
