Start11 SEARCH not finding basic Windows tools

...I just want to activate & configure Windows restore points

I have never really liked Start-x products' SEARCH - it has typically failed to find many of my installed applications & Windows Tools. In this case, I searched on 'create a restore point' (Windows 11 var 23H2; Start11ver 2.08) and got zero results. What I should have got (and got immediately with Windows' onboard SEARCH tool) was the option to open the System Properties window. Why is this such a problem?

I have Start11 configured to use classic search, with the old style Win 10 style search option selected. Please god, how can I just get this basic (but potentially powerful. And useful) search tool working properly?

I have a side question that may be related

Is there a way to customize the search?  I thought i was having the same issue since my WIN 11 reinstall i went to load up a game "hearthstone" to play and it did not show up under search, then i went to the start menu-> All Apps and it didnt show there either as a start menu item because i had the game saved on a different hard drive and was using the battlenet launcher to launch it in the past from that directory so windows dosen't know about it ( or it wasnt officially installed right on windows)

Is there a way to have Start 11 scan for exes in other folders?

Example I have Battle.net and Steam games I save on a separate NVME and an 8TB Drive under a  D:\Games  for example.

They work fine with the launchers but id like a way to launch them from the start menu.

Or do i need to just create manual shortcuts to the start menu myself then Start11 will find them?
