Transparency not working?

Windows 11 Core 23H2 (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)
WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 x64 - Windows 11 Edition) - 64 bit OS
I use the skin "BetterAero7X" with the aero glass texture. i have been having a issue where even though the preview of the skin is transparent and slightly blurred, it's not when i apply the skin. when i set the transparency of the skin to really low, it gets blackened and the start menu looks weird (because, well, it's 100% transparent). my transparency effect in the settings are off, and i use explorerpatcher to make the taskbar behave like windows 10 so the skin can work more

Heres what the skin looks like at 50% transparency when applied.

heres what it looks like at 0% transparency. i don't know why it made the taskbar not transparent

and heres what it's supposed to look like at 50% transparency. any ways to fix this?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not see the issue, please use a better wallpaper that could show the issue better.

Thank you.

I believe you will need to change something within the applied theme/skin itself. You will need to look it via Skinstudio and change that skin setting.

For taskbar please refer screenshot below.

Make sure to open the correct Skin substyle when you do the editing. Saved and apply to see the result.

Thank you,
