ObjectDock tabs UI covering up settings window

So, I increased the size of objectdock tabs page/panel (whatever it is called) so that it opens up to more than half of the height of my screen and whenever I open objectdock settings window and then click in the settings window the objectdock tab shows and expands and covers the settings window. Everytime I click inside the settings window this happens. I cannot access objectdock settings window when this is happening because everytime I click inside the settings window the tabs page expands and covers settings window. Could you please fix this issue asap? thanks.

What do you mean by the ObjectDock settings window? Are you talking about the "Home" tab or the "Settings" tab?

Also what is your Windows version XXXXX.XXXX?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I believe it is better if you can post a video of your issue so we can easily understand your issue.

Thank you.

Here are the steps to reproduce.

1. Right click ObjectDock icon in system tray in windows taskbar and select 'Configure ObjectDock'.

2. Two things happen at this point: ObjectDock configuration pop up window (containing Home, Settings, About tabs) opens and the ObjectDock UI tabs expands in the background.

3. Now, click anywhere on the screen, say Taskbar.

4. The ObjectDock configuration pop up window stays open, but the ObjectDock UI tabs collapses (gets hidden)

5. Now, click on the ObjectDock configuration pop up window.

6. You will see that the ObjectDock UI tabs expands and covers up the ObjectDock configuration pop up window.

7. Now, from this point forward, whenever you click on ObjectDock configuration pop up window the ObjectDock UI tabs expands and covers it up.

Try the above steps and you will see the behavior. This definitely should be fixed.

I don't know if it is your terminology, but this makes no sense to me. I can not reproduce this issue as I understand it.

You definitely need post a video of this issue as Basj suggested above, and you still haven't told us what version of Windows you're running.

Try different accessibility options.

Accessibility is has a different purpose and it has no bearing on the issue I reported. Accessibility affects the visibility of the dock itself when it is collapsed and not when it is expanded. Anyway, I have mine set to autohide. Plus, the issue I reported relates to tabbed dock, not the regular dock.

This is what I get on my system.

But, you didn't do the test fully.

After you call up the settings window, don't close it. Instead, click anywhere on your desktop and the tabbed dock collapses. Now, put your mouse cursor at the screen edge to expand the tabbed dock. You will see that it covers the settings window and you cannot click anything in it to change the settings.
